Our aim

Our aim is simple: to facilitate learning, sharing and achievement.

To achieve that aim we

• conduct research to inform understanding of skills, learning and related policy
• advise on and practically assist in securing access to and recognition for learning
• use IT,  and particularly Open Source software, to facilitate research, learning and communication

How we do it

Just as important is the way we do things

• a ‘can do’ attitude, overcoming problems to deliver what is needed
• learning in order to do better, including being an Investor in People
• sharing what we are learning and contributing to the society around us
• committed to customer care and going the extra mile
• delivering on time and to budget
