Christina has recently joined Stratagia after spending a number of years working in the information, advice and guidance field, in particular, providing careers advice and guidance to young people. Christina is qualified in the delivery and interpretation of Morrisby Profile psychometric tests in the context of careers guidance. She has also worked as a trainer and assessor in Careers Advice and Guidance and became NVQ 2 and 3 Careers Advice and Guidance Assessment Co-ordinator. This role involved significant research in the development and production of training and assessment materials. While working as a Training and Assessment Officer for a Connexions Service Organisation, part of Christina’s role involved assisting in the review, and overhaul, of the Organisation’s induction process and procedures. She also occupied a central role in the recruitment of Sponsored Trainee Careers Advisers, in relation to short-listing and interviewing and was, additionally, responsible for assessing trainees’ work placement assignments. Christina was also involved in reviewing and updating the Company’s training policies and procedures. Since employed by Stratagia Limited, Christina has assisted in telephone and desk research. This includes telephone interviews and desk research for a QCDA project investigating the way in which knowledge, skills and competence is applied in writing Qualifications and Credit Framework Units. She has also assisted in a research project by Asset Skills involving a review of Draft Level 2 Housing Units.
