Our recent work has been in the areas of:

... with a particular focus on small businesses and the creative industries.

We do not promote particular research methods. Rather, we adopt whatever approaches will provide clients with robust and practical answers to their questions. Meeting clients' needs has also driven our own development, such as our expertise in designing and running bespoke web-based questionnaires.
