Getting the best people and the best out of people

In collaboration with Dean Maragh of The Watershed we are developing a web-based tool to help smaller businesses recruit and manage the performance of people in the business. The People Wizard takes you step by step through everything you would need to do to define the posts you want to fill, assess applicants and review the performance of the people you bring in to your business. BizBuilder – answers to a consultancy business prayer

You know you should be doing it – collating contact details, monitoring the effectiveness of your marketing, managing your time, making your business processes efficient – but do you? We’ve been there! We had lists and spreadsheets and this and that. And then we brought it together into a single web-based application that allowed us to manage our clients, time and business far better with a lot less effort. We were so pleased we decided to turn it into a product for similar businesses. Dunston Enterprise Club
