Stratagia Events: Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: All payments must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Refunds: Refunds are available up to 12 days before the event. No refunds will be issued within 12 days of the event date, regardless of circumstances.

Transfer of Attendance: Tickets are transferable. If a colleague will attend in your place, please inform us as soon as possible. If attendee names have already been submitted to the host site (typically 7 days before the event), a £28 administration fee will apply to process the change.

Event Changes: Stratagia reserves the right to modify event details, including location, timing, and agenda, as necessary. We will notify all attendees of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations by Stratagia: If an event is cancelled or postponed by Stratagia, attendees will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative event date, if available.

Data Sharing: By registering for an event, attendees consent to the sharing of their information with event partners, including host sites and delivery partners, such as the Manufacturers Network, to facilitate event logistics. If you do not wish for your information to be shared, please notify us at hello@stratagia.co.uk.

Host Site Admission: Host sites reserve the right to decline admission under their own terms and conditions, which may include restrictions on competitors. Some host sites allow competitors, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis. Stratagia minimises the risk of admission issues by sharing delegate details in advance and requesting prompt notice of any restrictions.

Ticket Presentation: Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry. You may either print your ticket or present the digital version on your device.
